Router said it’s connected to the internet but webpages don’t load
So the router says internet is good but web pages do not load either when connected through WIFI or hardwired directly. the router is connect to a Arris Modem. I’ve been fighting with this thing for hours and it just doesn’t work. I hook up my old 54g linksys router, boom it works just fine. I hook this up and nothing!

It's saying nothing to me. Has it a model number? Firmware version? Any useful information at all might be helpful.

Swell. Now we have _two_ unidentified devices. Try for three?

"nothing" is not a useful problem description. It does not say what you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual, showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or interpretations.
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your (actual) model number, and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for the LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot".
