Schlage Encode Lock

Hello, I cannot connect a Schlage Encode to wifi. I think I need to stop the 5 Ghz while I try to connect it with 2.4 Ghz. Thoughts on how to do?

    What NG product are you referring too? 
    Contact the mfr of your device for there help and support in setting up there product on wifi routers.
