Setup R7000
Setting up R7000 for the first time. Getting message no internet connected. Contacted internet provider and svc ok coming into modem. Unplugged both the modem and router and continue to get no internet message.
Do you have the r7000 or the r7000P?
What firmware is on it?
What modem are you connecting it to?
power off both the modem and the router. disconnect coax from the modem.
connect coax back to modem. power it on. give it several minutes.
connect lan cable from modem to wan port on router.
power the router on. give it several minutes.
then try the setup using a pc/laptop.
