Since installing latest firmware can't disable WPS PIN in R7000

I installed the latest firmware for a R7000 and did a reset. Since then I cannot turn off the WPS PIN feature. I uncheck the box and apply and the router keeps checking the enable WPS PIN feature. Is there a fix for this problem?

      Firmware for R7000/AC1900: v1.0.9.88_10.2.88 

    I checked to see if there was another new version available and this is the latest.
