Hello,
I purchased 2 R7000 routers. One of the registrations went perfectly, but the other returned the error:
"This Serial number has already been registered in our system by a support representative."
How can I register my R7000 properly?

FYI
It appears NG is registering replacements when issuing RMA's I tried to register replacement after checking it was already on my device list with registration date of original.
