Trying to connect security cameras to my home
Trying to connect surveillance cameras to my home. When I click on the CM network of the cameras it says internet not available. Could this be happening because of my router? It seems that every time I try to connect any type of camera or something to my internet where I have to go to the item CM number it always says there is no internet connection.
- Thank you so much. I truly appreciate your response. I'll try your suggestions.

Ok. Which camera make and model? Connect how? Wireless?

I don't know what that means. Are you using a Web browser on a
computer, or some app on a phone, or what? What's "the CM network of
the cameras"?

It's not "my internet", it's your local-area network (LAN). The
Internet is a collection of many interconnected smaller networks (like
yours). Hence the name. But I digress. What does "the item CM number"mean?
At least one of us is confused, and only one of us knows which book
the other should be reading. And I'm not the one with that info.- PamelaleokAspirantSorry.. Trying to connect an Eyeclub wifi smart socket camera i got from Amazon. I first go to my 2.4G home wifi connection on my android phone. Now open the Eyeclubs app on my phone... Then turn on the camera. Now i choose smart socket on the app... Then I go to my phone's wifi selection list and see the camera's network name.. it starts with CM.. then i choose it. My phone connects to it, but says under the network name... "no internet connection" or "no internet available". If i go ahead and continue with the setup it always says failed.
- PamelaleokAspirantI know I don't understand the correct terminology.. so sorry, I'm trying.
