Twitch streaming

Hello everyone I’m hoping to see if I can get some help from the community here, so I stream on Twitch and lately I have been getting disconnected from StreamLabs and OBS while streaming and then it automatically connects me back around 40 seconds as well, while I’m playing games or on other devices I have no problems, so I looked into it and everyone was saying to call your internet provider and have them to switch your IPS to a more friendly open one so I did, and my internet company said it has to be your router causing this is issue cause I have nothing holding me back as well, so I hope this helps me out and possibly others
