Unable to connect "Attempting to connect to Netgear Server. Please Wait..." forever

Hi,

I am attempting to utilize the QoS feature on this model for diagnostic purposes. I am unable to connect to the servers using the 'Detection Database Update Assistant'.  The screen displays "Attempting to connect to Netgear Server. Please Wait...".  How can I get my router to connect to the servers.
