Unable to set parental controls in nighthawk ac2100 (R6900P)
Hello Experts, I have been trying to setup the parental controls in the router home page of my nighthawk AC2100 router which supports circle parental controls. I tried downlaoding circle app and connecting to my router but it doesn't find my router at all.
When I went back to router gui and checked, it showed parental controls are "Disabled". When I tried enabling it, it took me to a different webpage : https://www.netgear.com/home/services/lpc/ and doesn't allow me to go in the settings to actually enable it in router GUI. I have tried multiple times to enable it from different browsers/pc but everytime it's the same issue.
If anyone can walk me through the steps to enable parental controls and setup circle app to connect to my router it would be appreciated. Below are my router details:
Model : AC2100 (R6900P)
Firmware : V1.2.0.76_1.0.1

Have you tried this issue in the section given over to Circle?

It may be some time before the images land. To ensure that you aren't posting anything naughty, a Netgear moderator has to approve the pictures.
You can attach images to messages without any delay.
