Unbelievable Level of NON-Support

netgear - You publish this "Firmware Update" and even link to this "Alert" article about why and ... bla bla bla..

 

Alert Notice -- dosn't exist..

The Release Notes for the firmware file from the router's support page -- dosn't exist...

Help Site recursively loops you back to the begginning... 

 

I just want to ask, do you plan on actually providing any information,  or is it all a sham?
