Hello, I have 2 Netgear R7000 wireless routers. My only source of internet is mobile hotspot data. I want to make a network and feed it internet from the 4G mobile phone hotspot. Various computers...

Thanks, this sounds like it may be what the person did in that video link I sent. I'll give it a try and keep you posted about the outcome.
Thanks much!

Firmware version?

That's a little vague. Presumably, your wireless devices could
connect directly to the hotspot, and a wireless bridge could let you
connect otherwise-wired-only devices to the hotspot. I see no real
need to "make a network" using another router. But I'm always open to a
good counter-argument.
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read. Look for "Set Up the
Router in Bridge Mode".

What did you read where?
The repeater mode on these routers is approximately useless. Look
for "Set Up the Router as a WiFi Repeater" in the User Manual, and read
the restrictions.
I haven't tried it, so I know nothing, and I'm not convinced of the
wisdom of using a router to "make a network" and hiding it behind
another router (the hotspot), but you could try configuring one R7000 as
a wireless bridge (to connect wirelessly to the hotspot), and one as a
router for your new "a network" (with its WAN/Internet port connected to
a LAN port on the R7000-as-bridge).
