VPN with R7000P in AP Mode

Question

I have an Nighthawk R7000P configured in AP mode with a Bell Fibe Home Hub 3000 router. All is working well. I would like to add VPN Service access through the R7000P with a VPN account, but the VPN Service option is grayed out in the Advanced > Advanced Setup menu, probably because it is in AP Mode. I am running the VPN in desktop and/or browser, but would like it to be seamless for other home network users.

Please advise if there are any means to use VPN Service on the R7000P in AP Mode, or any other AP that will allow configuration of VPN Services?
