Hello. I'm very new to WIFI. I'm looking at a wn3000rpv3. Q1- how old is it? Q2- I have two items - a smart lock and a Ring door camera. They have separate apps. Can they both be hooked up to this WIFI extender? Many many thanks.
That version was released in 2015. The original was released in 2013.
Its a pretty base model N300 extender.
Both of those devices should work with the extender but it isn't the highest performing extender.

for roughly the same prices on amazon, the ex6150 is used/refurbed as the new wn3000rp and is much higher performing. Plus it has mesh. Might be worth taking a look at
