WN3000RP LAN extender - PC to Extender doesn't work

WN3000RP LAN extender - PC to Extender doesn't work
I had reconfigured my Net extender because I changed my TLC operator.
Now the Link Rate LED is GREEN, but the PC to Extender LED is now always RED.
From different devices I can see The Extended Network, but can't obtain an internet connection..
There may be a compatibility problem between the extender and the new router? Otherwise, how can I solve the problem?
Please, help me..

You have posted your message in the section of this community given over to Nighthawk WiFi Routers. (This is easily done, given Netgear's impenetrable community structure.)
As the name suggests, the WN3000RP is not a Nighthawk WiFi Router.
