Why is my Netgear nighthawk router not getting full speed
How do I make my nighthawk get full speeds?

1. what modem/gateway do you have?
2. What firmware is on the router?
3. What speeds do you pay for?
4. What speeds do you get hardwired into the modem?
5. And speed hardwired into the router?
Details are needed. just saying you're not getting full speeds doesn't tell us much.
The box says I should be getting up to 800 Mbps and right now I am getting 13 mbps I connected my router to my att uverse
you answered 2 questions and neither with enough details to be beneficial.
Youdidn't say it it was wireless, wired, how you tested. Its tough to help off minimum info.
