Wifi Extender network won't appear on my computer during setup Model EX6120

1200 Dual Band Wifi Range Extender 

I am trying to setup my new wifi extender. My router does not have a WPS button, so I am trying to complete the setup using the Web Browser option. Once I plug the extender in to the outlet and the power button turns green, the extender network won't appear on any of my devices to complete the next steps of the setup process. According to the instructions the wifi network should appear as NETGEAR_EXT (SSID) network, but nothing even close to that is showing up. 

 

What am I doing wrong!

    Try factory resetting it. Maybe its been installed before. 

    While powered on, push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds.

    What router is this? The WPS thing can be well hidden.
