Work apps being blocked for 45 -60 minutes on boot of systems.
Hello, I've been working from home for over 3 months
When I started working about 1 week in when I tried to log in the systems for work in the AM, it would tell me "no internet access" but I could surf and do anything on the computer except access the systems I had to log in. So the system was accessing internet. It's like the internet was being blocked from those programs.
I would do the same things over and over to try to fix it nothing would fix it I would simply have to wait around and randomly never less then 30 minutes and times hour and half. We hd a power outtage for 2 hours and seemed to fix the issue oddly enough (new ip ??) took a few weeks but then problem started again. Work exchanged the computers for me brand new one here. Same thing keeps on happening.
Son in law came over rewired entire house. Everything from where it comes in the house to router, lines to systems etc. ALL new. The router etc was powered off and not plugged in again for over an hour closer to 2 hours.
Problem stopped. here I am weeks later and it started again this week. 100% not the system. The IT has tried everything and has no idea why it continues to happen. The system has internet, I can surf do everything "but" log into the systems for work.
Randomly 30 to 90 minute mark it'll just be ok, one of the random reboots will fix it finally. Restarting modeum etc none of that works.
The cable/internet first said there is an issue with my computer system and not their issue, NO... I explained we have swapped computers this one is brand new and still does it. "not" the computer. If I reset the IP it stops doing it.
Well now they are blaming the modem. the security system in it is blocking the aps and activated (no, nice try but no) We did not set up anything to block programs on our systems. So "no"
Net gear doesn't help after 3 months, so will be last netgear product I buy.
So my option is to come here and ask for help and suggestions and if anyone can help if it is my router, or is it my internet?
ONLY 2 things blocked
VPN program and Phone global system.
I can open google and surf to anything even all the other work web sites/etc
Please don't flood me with things like reboot, CCC, etc etc.
This is way past that, and there are NO ccc, browser used in the process for VPN/Global. Please assume all basic computer diagnoistics nd trouble shooting done.
the internet or router is the issue if it's internet I need to know wht to say and how to demand they don't blow me off again blaming yet something else

What said "no internet access"? A browser? A program? Something else?
What are these "systems I had to log in"?
Your subjects says "Work apps". What are those apps?

What VPN program? What is this "Phone global system"?
There are many different VPNs. They have to be set up properly. The people to ask for help are the ones who are responsible for the VPN. Only they know how your modem/router has be set up..
Likewise the "Phone global system" could be many things and again setting it up depends on the people who made it.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
