my mobile app is stuck on the log into your router screen
Im using the default name and password and its telling me its wrong?
I've recently purchased this router RAX450 so I was calling tech support for assistance but getting disconnected - tried 3xs

What is the exact error message?
To get back to the defaults in the label, do a reset.

I hope you are not calling someone on the phone. If so, it won't have been Netgear.
