nighthawk r 8000 security questions not responding

Question

I can sign into my account but cannot get the security questions to let me connect.&nbsp; The security questions do not apply to me.&nbsp; Is there a bug causing this.&nbsp; How to I connect to my file for my router information?&nbsp; or how do I offer the security information being requested?
