"No Disk." Error in ReadySHARE

Hello,
I'm getting a "No Disk." error when I have my NTFS USB hard disk directly connected into the usb 3.0 port on the R7000 router. I was working for several months but I had to connect the hard disk directly to my computer to copy and move some files around. Once I reconnected it to the router it was no longer recognized. I have restarted the router several times and the firmware seems to be up to date.
Thoughts?
Thanks,
Sumit

Re: "No Disk." Error in ReadySHARE
I performed a factory reset and the issue was resolved--thanks for the suggestion. I still do not know what happened and wish it was possible to resolve w/o factory reset.
thanks,
s
