r7500 5ghz stopped working

hey guys

so i have the r7500 and when i first set it up it was working fine, firmware version 1.0.0.94 and today it suddenly dropped the 5ghz band, 2.4 is working fine, im not sure what is wrong. the 5ghz band isn't broadcasting or showing up, i've reset my router and settings but still no fix.

1. Check the wireless settings under advanced and make sure that "enable router radio" is checked on 5Ghz.

Are you sure there si no more 5GHz signal, I mean with a scan test from another machine (android tablet for example) ?

Yea tried on my phone, Computer, and tablet no 5ghz signal, the light on the router for the 5ghz isn't on either, tried all the settings on the net gear genie still no luck

That sounds not good to me, you've probably to ask a RMA...
