recommend a router that can cap the WiFi monthly or daily usage for individual connected device

Dear Sir  / Madam
I want to restrict my son to use only 1GB of WiFi usage in 1 day.

In other words, I want to cap my son's WiFi usage from his computer to only 1GB of data traffic in 1 day; or it can be 30GB in 1 month.

Does NetGear has any router that can do this?
