routerlogin.net removed?

Does anyone know if they removed the option to login to your router on your computer?  I wanted to install a VPN on mine and it takes me to netgear.com where they tell me to I have to use my phone now.   

So download the app on my phone and the app is treating my router like I never it up in the past. I have tons of ports forwarded and I have other tweaked settings.
