rr6900p won't connect even after factory reset

When I enter my IP address and system screen comes up and asks for User and PW it says the info is error and won't let me in even though it was never changed.  I do a factory reset and it will not accept the defaults admin /password.

 

How do I get in?

    What browser are you using? 
    Clear all browser caches before try to enter 192.168.1.1 after the reset. 

    Try a different browser.
