there was a problem checking firmware update

For a few days now, everytime I check for updates with the app on my phone, it indicated "There was a problem checking firware update".   Is Orbi going to fix this issue or there is a problem in my end.   It has been working for months and I have a routine to check for updates everyday.  Thanks.
