unable to turn on remote access and Anywhere access in NightHawk app

I am trying to control my router from any network. I found it will be possible in NightHawk app(Anywhere access). But I'm unable to turn on that settings in my app. Kindly help!!!

Which app? iOS? Android?

Check the section in the manual Remote Management.
