Hi!
I have my Sonos system connected to my Nighthawk MR60 network (1 router, 2 satellites). My Beam, One and three Symfonisk connects with no problems. BUT my Sonos Roam wont show up. When i turn the Roam off it show up in "My system" as disconnected, but when I turn it on it disappears from the list and is nowhere to be found. Has anyone else had this problem? I saw a post about this before, and it said that a firmware update had fixed this, but the firmware of the MR60 is all up to date.

Re: Cant connect Sonos Roam with MR60
If you go to the MR60 web UI, and then go to the Advaced > Advanced Setup> Wireless Settings, do you have an option to enablee or disable fast roaming?
If available, try testing with it enabled and disabled. This will help troubleshot if the Sonos device is having issues with 802.11r type functions or not.

Re: Cant connect Sonos Roam with MR60
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the NightHawk MESH products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Nighthawk MESH (WiFi6 MK Series) products:

Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.

Re: Cant connect Sonos Roam with MR60
Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
