Got a new AT&T Arris Router and now MR60 / MS60 Mesh Dropping In and out

I was troubleshooting an issue where my iPhones would show connected to WiFi but use LTE instead (until my data plan runs out), and as part of that process AT&T sent me a new Arris BGW210-700. I turned WiFi off and set it up for passthrough mode. Things worked fine for a few days, but now my WiFi drops in & out throughout the day, interrupting Teams calls, etc. My MR60 is on V1.1.6.122 and says it is up to date. My MS60 satellites (I have 3) have blue lights, but I often don't see them in my network map. The router won't show if they have up to date firmware or not (please wait... then timeout). See attached network monitoring photo that shows the connection dropping. Ideas?? Thanks in advance.

I have a special place in my body for that modem's passthrough mode (and its not my heart).
I see tons of issues with it.
Many find it easier to just leave it in router mode, disable its wifi, and run their netgear in access point mode.
Have you tried that option?

I have not. Proposed change:
1 - turnoff passthrough mode on Arris (wifi is already off)
2 - change nighthawk to AP only? How does one do that?

before putting the netgear in access point mode, make sure the att router is back in router mode. Otherwise the netgear won't pull an IP address in access point mode.
