Guest Network Devices Talk To Each Other On Nighthawk Mesh?
I'm considering the MK63S-100NAS - Nighthawk AX1800 Dual-Band WiFi 6 mesh router.
Does the Guest Network allow devices on the Guest Network to communicate with each other? I know it is isolated from the private network.
I have some IoT devices that need to talk to each other on the local network - and I'm hoping if I put them on the Guest Network that network doesn't prevent that from happening.
Thanks.
Jim

Normally, guest clients can see each others but can't see your private LAN if you have selected the option

Re: Guest Network Devices Talk To Each Other On Nighthawk Mesh?
While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge. The MK63 isn't much like the Nighthawk WiFi Routers covered here.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Nighthawk Mesh System - NETGEAR Communities
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
