I am setting up my orbi tri-band mesh wifi 6 system. Going through the netgear app.
Setting up orbi trivandrum mesh wifi 6. When trying to connect my phone to wifi I'm getting msg saying ethernet cable not connected.
It is connected. Could it be that the router is not compatible with my modem?

What model Orbi system do you have?
Any Orbi system, use the Orbi app, not the Nighthawk app.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
