I have an MK63S with two satellites. When I look for connected devices either on the Nighthawk app or via a web browser, none of the connected devices show up. They are all on firmware version 1.1.7.134

It could be with it being a new system that it upgraded several versions of firmware. Sometimes updates are helpful with a factory reset. Might be worth trying.

Re: MK63S not showing devices
What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
Are you using a switch for the satellites or are they wireless?
Did you try a reboot or factory reset?

Re: MK63S not showing devices
Connected to a Netgear cable modem CM1150V No switch, the satellites are wireless (is a Mesh wifi system). I have not tried a factory reset because I just set them up yesterday.

Showing up where:
- Mobile app?
- Browser graphical user interface (GUI)?
This is a good alternative for Windows and Macs:
genie | Product | Support | NETGEAR
Be warned that the genie installation file is wrapped up in a RAR archive that you have to decompress and install.
Netgear is trying to kill this useful utility.

Re: MK63S not showing devices
That was in the original message. Both the app and the browser show 0 connected devices.
