Re: MR60/MS60 the satiilites icon display as routers?
I wouldn't worry about what icon they're showing up with, they're identifying as a satellite which is the proper response.
More than likely just an app but on displaying.

Since I don't have one to compare with, I can't say if its isolated to your app, that version of the app, OS, or what exactly.
Maybe @ChristineT can forward it to someone who does know 🙂

Re: MR60/MS60 the satiilites icon display as routers?
Hello @jgg1950 ,
Let me get this booted up the chain and see if we have made any recent changes that would have contributed to this issue.
I'll be back in touch as soon as I have an answer. I'm going to loop in @DarrenM who can also help me track this down.
@plemans - Thanks for the shout-out!! 😉
Cheers,
Christine T

Re: MR60/MS60 the satiilites icon display as routers?
Hey @jgg1950 ,
I am trying to replicate this issue but am not facing the same issue. So, I have a few questions for ya.
- What App version are you running?
- What is the model of your modem/router
- Is it a combo unit or just a modem?
- When you tap on the satellite does the icon stay the same when it redirects to the detail page?
I'm running app version is 56 with Firmare V1.0.6.116.
Thanks for your effort in helping me track this down!
Cheers,
Christine

Re: MR60/MS60 the satiilites icon display as routers?
This ticket was closed ? it was reported prior to the 90 day expiration with no
resolution ? I supplied all documentation as requested, I guess thats their way to not fix the problem? Any suggestions?
