Well, I set up from the start again. Still not sure what the issue was but this seems to have fixed it. Would have preferred to know what the problem was and fixed that rather than scrap the whole thing, but it's all back up and running.

I agree. Many odd things can happen to routers mysteriously. Hard to narrow down or find the actual cause sometimes.
Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
