MR60 dhcp errors
I called support but I’m past 90 day warranty for phone support had this router for less than a year but I’m at the end of my rope, wondering if I should just buy a new router

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

Spectrum modem not sure of the model #
Using Lan cable that came in the box
Sometimes turning Qos on will help for a few days. Not sure if that matters. Also when connected to a MacBook I can only access a few websites while others say server not responding

What Firmware version is currently loaded on the MK system?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Can you look at the front or back for any printing or sticker information?

I can’t currently connect to the admin page to check firmware. Currently restarting/ resetting until I can get a connection on at least one device.

Can you disconnnect the MR from the modem and connect 1 wired PC to the MR and factory reset the MR and walk thru the setup wizard with the PC and web browser at 192.168.1.1?
