I am having a problem with MR60 connect to the internet. When I setup the router directly connect to modem, there is no internet connection. But if I connect MR60 to another router and connect that router to modem, it's working fine. Can anyone please help me what's the issue? I didn't change anything on the router and it has been working perfectly for a long time.

It didn't work, but I finally fixed the issue by downgrading the firmware to V1.0.6.116 and factory reset the router. I also manually change the MAC address to another router.

Re: MR60 must connect to another router to work
Try this.
Power off the modem and the router and disconnect everything from both.
Even the coax from the modem.
Wait up to 10 minutes. (at least 2)
Then connect the coax back to the modem.
Power the modem on and wait 2 minutes.
Connect the lan cable from modem to wan port on the router.
Power the router on.
Wait 2 minutes.
Attempt to go into the router and setup internet.
Reason I say wait up to 10 minutes is sometimes it takes a bit for the ISP to reassign the ip address that was assigned to the R6700.

If that fixed it, you can mark it solved so others aren't trying to fix it as well.
Plus it might help others with the same issue.
glad you hear you got it working
