MR60 port forwarding rules broken by firmware V1.1.6.122

Port forwarding before reboot:
Port forwarding after reboot:
I am planning on downgrading the firmware, but if anyone has any ideas that work with V1.1.6.122, they are appreciated.

Re: MR60 port forwarding rules broken by firmware V1.1.6.122
Was a factory reset and setup from scratch performed after updating to v.122?
Others reported having problems with v.122 so they reverted back to v.116...

I'll second the mention of doing a factory reset then configure again. I've thought it shouldn't be needed, but it also fixed weird stuff exactly like this before.
Also .124 was just released. I couldn't download it manually from the links on netgear's site, but the auto update feature on my router saw it when I logged in and checked.
