MR60
Hello, I have MR60 with MS60 satellights Firmware v1.1.6.122. Both MR and MS show no devices connected on the network map? I had a case open (MS60 icon displayed as routers not mesh icons) while under support after all correspondense with Netgrear once the support ended they closed the case, I guess thats how they handel support? Checked WIKI no fix. So back to no devices under network map any help?
Thanks

Re: MR60
Just checked mine. I'm on the same app version but android 10.
You tried uninstalling/reinstalling?
could just be an app update issue.
You might have to use the browser and wait until the next app update.

Re: MR60
Hello, I'm on Android 11, While working with Netgear Router factory reset done, Nighthawk uninstalled/installed did it again tonight no change. If I didn't mention on the PC the MS60's icon are correct. during all the testing with Netgear I supplied all screen shots requested and all versions of PC,Android etc.. Last year after installing MR60 nest all was good no changes on any device, they had me upgrade to current Nighthawk version again no change. I'm at a loss.
Thanks

Re: MR60
Like i said, it could be just an imcompatiblity with Android 11 and the app. I'm on 10 so thats all i can compare with. I reinstalled my RAX as primary and the nighthawk still works/displays fine.
I don't have an android 11 device to test with at this time.

Re: MR60
I just mean I setup my RAXE500 back as a primary router and not as an access point to test out the nighthawk app.
Got a different android or old phone laying around somewhere that you could try a different phone version on?

Re: MR60
No idea. but you've tried pretty much everything from resetting the router to uninstalling/reinstall the app and clearing cache/data.
And its showing up in the browser.

Re: MR60
Did you check "Device Manager" tile on the app? This is the same as the "Attached devices" option on WebUI. It should list all connected clients.

Re: MR60
Yes on android and Web, that's not the issue if you select the Network map then either MR60 or MS60 no devices connected.
Thanks

Re: MR60
I'm having the same problem. Not seeing devices on the IOS app's network map. It worked for months. Bought the mesh system in Oct. 2021. Not sure when the device mapping stopped working because I don't check it often. I suspect that the problem began when I let the free Armor Security protection expire, but I can't prove that. Fully up to date on the app version and router and satellite firmware. Following....
