Sorry for delayed response but yes thats the firmware version. Mfr appears to be just Spectrum? Model number im not sure would it be the same as the serial number?
- Also as a follow up; When spectrum came out and made the switch to their modem does that mean most likely they deactivated our netgear ax8 modem, and we would have to get that reactivated to use it as an all in 1 again? Just trying to see if thats what needs to happen if i get rid of mesh system.
No, will have a sticker or should have a sticker with a model#. Possible Hitron?
- No sticker just has the s/n, cm mac, and mta mac. No other stickers on the modem they gave me.
Can you take a picture of the front and back where the ports are and post it?
Don't capture the CM or MAC addresses.
