Merging two MR62 systems
Hi
I have two set of MK62 Mesh system.
I would like to merge them to one system to cover more ground. I have set the one set up as router and satellite, I have added the satellite from the other set and it works ok. But how do I get the second router to act as a satellite so I end up with 1 router and 3 satellites?
I have the option to connect on wifi or cable for this unit if it makes any difference.

Re: Merging two MR62 systems
Hi JKrohn,
You may set the router as a wireless access point.
Regards,
Christian

Re: Merging two MR62 systems
Yes thanks.
But that do not do the job for me, tried that, and gave some trouble as I need to broadcast on same SSID. It simply did not work stable enough.
This system do sadly not provide this option, and therefore it has been returned to the store.
Got this from the Netgear support. “The router will not work as a satellite. We do expect to have the add on satellites available end of April or beginning of May, This time frame is including delays, but this may be delayed further as well.”
