Hi,
I've tried reset and other reset methods I can find. Also, I tried the method introduced here, https://kb.netgear.com/000064624/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP-on-Apple-m... . The last msg on the terminal is "Transfer timed out". I tried it times and get the same result.
It seems that the new firmware cannot be uploaded to the router.
Regards, Peter

what firmware version are you on?
Is the router working and it just won't update its firmware?

Re: Mesh Mr60 router doesn't work and cannot be updated with the firmware
Hi Plemans, thank you for your reply. It's working well now after a successful updating the firmware. Previously I connected the router via its Internet sock instead of the Ethernet sock, which was the reason the updating didn't work.

Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
