Mesh systems
I have recently upgraded to Fibre to the premises but the new connection is in a different location to my existing modem. Unfortunately we have cameras that are connected via Ethernet cables. I will have to move my modem and am looking for networking solutions. One option is to hardwire the cameras to the new location but I was wondering if MESH systems and plugging the data cable into a satellite device would be adequate.
Thanks for any advice.

Re: Mesh systems
MESH MS Satellites do have ethernet ports. Though limited, the 60 series only has two ports. I think the 80 series has 3 or 4 in back.

Re: Mesh systems
Continuous connection and stability can be effected by size of home, distance between the MR and MS, noise and interferences and building materials. Generally the connection is continuous.
30 feet or more is recommended in between MR📡 and MS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
