I don’t know if it’s at the same time because I’m either at work or I’m sleeping.. The modem is fine if the brand new. Everything was working fine With my previous router. It’s definitely something with the brand new mesh system.. I have the newest firmware in the MR 70, How I just bought it and just set it up and it updated to the newest. I was recommended by my cable technician But I’ve had nothing but problems since I got it.

Not sure that I get that sentence. What is "the brand new"? The modem? The router?
As plemans asks, what is that modem? The make and model can be important.

Yes, but what version is that firmware? Too often people turn up here with claims of "the latest", only to be proved wrong because they are relying on the router to check for new versions. Believe it or not, those on board and in app checks can get it wrong.

Was this technician from the Internet service provider? They are famously bad, and often clueless, when handling third party hardware. No surprise given that there are so many different brands and models pout there for them to get wrong.
