Nighthawk 6 mesh system MR60 with firmware V1.0.4.98 speed issues

A newly installed Nighthawk 6 mesh system Model MR60  with firmware  V1.0.4.98 using cat5E cable  connected to a 1GBt microfiber can only get 366.67 Mbps download speed and 672.88 Mpbs upload speed.     Why not higher speed?     Computer is still slow opening files?
