Nighthawk MR60 - issue with VPN on router

I have been on hold for 1 hour and 23 minutes, being transferred left and right, but no one is helping me to resolve the issue.  A VPN needs to be enabled on my router.  Please advise on how to resolve this issue.  (Case# 43570733)

 

I do not want to hang up, even though it seems that no one is returning to the line.
