One satellite works one does not
Netgear Nighthawk Whole Home Mesh WiFi 6 System, 3-Pack
PLEASE HELP!!!
I cannot get one of the netgear satellites to connect. One has a blue light one has a red light.
SPECIAL COSTO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR QUALITY OR NON EXISTANT
I called customer service and spent 30 minutes giving all my contact information to a person who then transferred me to a tech support guy who just started asking me all the same questions over again then he put me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up because I was disgusted. Tried to call back but got the same lame process from square 1.
Tech support does not actually help they are just collecting personal data so they can bombard me with marketing texts. 😞
How do I get the darn thing to work?
I'm 10 minutes from returning it because this should not be difficult.
I hate products that turn me in to a raging Karen.
Is there real customer support anymore?
People who know how to use the product they make.

Hi Karen,
I would recommend performing a factory reset on your Nighthawk mesh units and running through the setup assistant again. You may use the Nighthawk app to setup your system.
