Problem Adding Trusted Device To Nighthawk MR60 Mesh WiFi 6 Router

Having problems adding a trusted device to my Nighthawk MR60 Mesh WiFi 6 Router account.  When logging into the account from my new phone, I get the option to add the device to the trusted list, enter the code from my 2FA, but then get an "unable to add your device - an Internal Error occurred, try again' after hitting the Trust Device button on the 'want to add x as a trusted device' page.  Have tried multiple times with the same result. 

 

Unfortunately I no longer have access to my primary device.

 

Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance!

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the NightHawk MESH products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with NH MESH products and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. You might try a different mobile device and see if problem follows.

Try uninstalling the Nighthawk app then re-install it. 

Does the app work with out 2FA?
