Recommended Nighthawk Wifi 6 mesh and Mk60/62 compatibility with C7000 router/modem
Hello folks- I have a Netgear C7000 (Nighthawk Cable Modem Wifi Router combo). It works great, except for some areas of the house where I have dead spots/spotty wifi connection.
1. What is the recommended Netgear Wifi 6 mesh device for the C7000?
2. Will the AX1800 MK60/62 Nighthawk mesh (with satellites) work with the C7000 ?
3. If yes to Question 2, would I need to physically connect the AX1800 "router" to the C7000, turn off the wifi on the C7000 and use the wifi on the AX1800?
Thanks in advance for all help!

1. What is the recommended Netgear Wifi 6 mesh device for the C7000?---Its what works for your situation. bigger homes or homes with more devices/higher bandwidth needs, would want a better mesh system.
2. Will the AX1800 MK60/62 Nighthawk mesh (with satellites) work with the C7000 ?----yes and no. The C7000 isn't a mesh router. Can it run in router mode while the MK system runs in access point mode? Sure, just make sure to separate out the wireless bands so they're not interfering with each other. Or you can simply put the C7000 in modem only mode and only use the MK system.
3. If yes to Question 2, would I need to physically connect the AX1800 "router" to the C7000, turn off the wifi on the C7000 and use the wifi on the AX1800?---would have have to be physically connect? Yes. Do you have to disable the wifi on the c7000? not necessarily. But you'd want to put the MK system in access point mode if you also wanted to use the wifi on the C7000.
Thanks in advance for all help!
