All I have to say. Is that Netgear support is the worst I’ve had to deal with. In the last 30 years. When they tell you they’re escalating the issue. They just close the ticket and forget about you. Very professional people.

We're willing to help you but would need details.
1. router you have?
2. firmware on it?
3. modem/gateway its connedted to?
4. a detailed description of the problem. the more details, the better we are able to help you.

I know. Thanks. Just had to vent. And I got them on the chat this morning about the closing the tickets without escalating them. And she tells me to call. Instead of sorry sir. I will do that right now. … sorry. Still venting… lol.
