US add-on satellite with Europe router

I have a gentleman that’s going to be in Cypress and wants to know in if his Netgear MK62 router will work with my mesh Wi-Fi six system add on satellite AX1800. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

what add on satellite do you have or other mesh system? 

You only put the mk62 model. The others are just speeds and reference's to a mesh system.
