Unable to login to my Nighthawk mesh Router MK63.

Hi , I am not able to log into my routers Admin site, using the current name and password. I tried several  times and then get prompted to request a temp password. I then get requested to give the two "security questions" answered, and I can't remember those! (didn't write them down).  I think someone has Hacked my router and changed the Password! I was trying to login so I could download and upgrade the firmware, because I got an email saying a new version was available for my router! Can the Netgear site login and do the download/ upgrade to the firmware? And if so , how do I get this done?

Any help is greatly welcome!
